CustomTracks Corporation Initiates Lawsuit

  DALLAS, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- CustomTracks Corporation (Nasdaq: CUST)
announced today that it has filed a lawsuit in federal District Court in
San Francisco against Critical Path, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPTH), a San Francisco-
based provider of email hosting services.  The suit alleges violation of a
confidentiality agreement between the parties, trade secret misappropriation,
and related claims.  CustomTracks is initially seeking a temporary restraining
order and a preliminary injunction to enjoin Critical Path from using
CustomTracks' confidential information.

    CustomTracks Corporation is developing an Internet transaction system and
