Companies to Offer Complete Legacy Document Transformation and Secure E-content Delivery Service

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2001-- ZixIt Corporation (Nasdaq: ZIXI), a premier provider of products and services that bring privacy, security, and convenience to Internet communications, today announced an agreement with Xenos (TSE: XNS), the data to e-content company(TM), a leading provider of software that allows companies to rapidly Web enable their customers' bills and statements. The combination of ZixIt and Xenos technologies provides a solution that will enable organizations of any size to transform and send customer documents from computer applications that were not originally designed for the Web quickly and securely via the Internet.

The Xenos d2e Platform(TM) converts existing data from legacy applications into electronic content (e-content) that ZixMail(TM) then compresses, encrypts, and delivers securely and easily via the Internet. ZixMail(TM) is a point-to-point security system for email that uses powerful encryption to keep legal documents, medical records, trade confirmations, and other sensitive communications secure and private while traversing the Internet and residing on email servers.
