Account Executive

Based in Burlington, Mass., the Account Executive will be responsible for generating revenue from new business opportunities and existing base customers, within an assigned geographic area. Leads are generated through a business development team, as well as self-sourcing. Candidates with successful history as account executives are ideal!

Business Development

Based in Burlington, Mass., the Business Development Representative position will be responsible for analyzing inbound sales leads in Salesforce, as well as qualifying leads and generating interest with the prospect or existing customers. This position will work directly with the Account Executives to align with their goals of generating new pipeline and then tracking passed opportunities to close. We are looking for experience in similar roles, as well as someone who is looking for upward movement in the sales role.

Channel Account Manager

Based in Burlington, Mass., the Channel Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage Zix channel resellers by developing go-to-market strategies to increase reseller revenue and defining business plan goals and objectives. In addition, the Channel Account Manager develops marketing plans and recruits new resellers to accelerate revenue through the Zix Channel Program. This position reports to the Director of Channel Sales and requires approximately 25% travel.

Mid-Market Sales Manager

Based in Burlington, Mass., the Mid-Market Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 6-8 Account Executives.  This role will be responsible for developing account executives, assigning annual territory business plans, generating new business as well as sell into the existing customer base with newly added products/services.  The Mid-Market Sales Manager will report into the Vice President, Sales.
