ZixPort and ZixMessage Center

ZixPort is a secure, Web-based portal that provides a browser-based solution for sending and receiving secure email messages over a secure (SSL) Internet connection. ZixPort is used in conjunction with ZixMail and ZixGateway to deliver secure messages to anyone that does not have access to ZixMail or ZixGateway, and is a key component of ZixCorp’s Best Method of Delivery.

A notification email is sent to the recipient with a link that “pulls” the user to the secure message in ZixPort. First-time users are asked to complete a short registration process before proceeding to the secure message. Subsequent emails are accessed with the entry of the recipient’s valid password.

ZixPort has read, reply, reply all and forward capabilities, with the option to compose and send secure messages as well. ZixPort can also be accessed from mobile devices. ZixPort is customizable to match your company branding, or you may choose to use the ZixMessage Center.

Hosted in the ZixData Center, ZixPort is a robust, secure solution that offers ultimate accessibility and availability, ease-of-use and requires no additional IT resources.

Note: ZixCorp customer support will not accept customer sensitive information (credit card numbers, personal health information, etc.) in support requests. Requests that contain customer sensitive information will be blocked and bounced back to the originator.
