ZixDirect conveniently sends encrypted email directly into a recipient’s inbox through a push delivery method. The secure message arrives as an HTML attachment within an email, and once the user clicks on the attachment and enters a password, the message is decrypted in his/her local Internet browser.

ZixCorp’s normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. central time. ZixCorp customer support is closed on all US public holidays.

Note: ZixCorp customer support will not accept customer sensitive information (credit card numbers, personal health information, etc.) in support requests. Requests that contain customer sensitive information will be blocked and bounced back to the originator.
