ZixMail is the desktop email encryption solution that provides individuals with a high level of security. It’s an easy to use solution that lets users encrypt and decrypt emails and attachments with a single click.
To take advantage of the most recent advancements and new features and benefits, make sure you have the current version of ZixMail installed. There are four versions available: ZixMail version 4.0 for Outlook 2010, ZixMail version 3.1 for Outlook 2007, ZixMail version 2.8 for Outlook 2003 and ZixMail version 3.1 (stand-alone client).

You can determine if you have the most current version of ZixMail by viewing the “About ZixMail” screen within the application and comparing it against the current version numbers listed above. If you determine there is a newer version of ZixMail, do the following:
- Uninstall ZixMail from your computer. Please see ZixMail FAQs for uninstall help.
- Enter your information in the fields provided
- Click Submit below and select the application you want to download.
The email address you enter below should be the main address you use to send and receive email messages. Entering this information does not create a new email address.
